Gui.exe is a Browser Helper Object.
Gui.exe monitors user Internet activity.

Adds the value:
"DNS" = "%CommonProgramFiles%\[FILE NAME].exe"
to the Windows startup registry keys.
Removal:
Kill gui.exe process and remove gui.exe from Windows startup.
